Since we like to plan a little in advance, your bookings are binding. Since we have hardly had any cancellations so far, but a lot of extensions, we haven't really dealt with cancellation conditions yet. Just ask if something comes up. We are sure to find a solution. However, this is only possible if you let us know at least 24 hours before your first booking day. Otherwise, we unfortunately have to charge them for the room in full, because otherwise we will not compensate for the loss and will not get any new tenants at short notice.
